Turnkey company establishment in the Czech Republic
The waiting time for the company is 7-10 days. The share capital, the statutory amount of which is 1 CZK, must be paid into a special bank account. However, the amount of the share capital should be based on the subject of the company's activity and the financial capacity of the co-owners. We will help clients with its opening and provide everything according totheir individual needs.
We provide:
- the necessary documentation,
- appointment at the notary's office,
- business license,
- company entry into the Commercial Register,
- reporting in the Tax Office for corporate income tax.
The price of establishing a turnkey company is 15.900,-CZK. This is the final price.

Turnkey company establishment in Slovakia
The waiting time for the company in Slovakia is approximately 14 days. The share capital, which is set by law at the amount of EUR 5,000, does not need to be paid into the bank account. We will prepare all the necessary documents and it is possible to sign them in the Czech Republic. We'll take care of the rest.
